Goals: The goal for FTC during first year was for the
team to learn as much as possible about the competition. The
following years the goal would be to be able to start placing in
the top spots.
Plan: Our robotics team's plan this year was to be able to
create a conveyer that would move the racquet balls into a box that
would be on the back of the robot. The robot would then "dump" the
racquet balls into the scoring pit.
Results:
The team was able to learn much about the competition,
what types of robots would be best to run the course,
and also about some of the teams that are attending the
competition. The team also placed 11th place out of the
entire competition.
