Solar Cup Challenge |
This year, the Los Altos Academy of Engineering will be participating in the Solar Cup Challenge hosted by the Metropolitan Water District of Southern California. The event held at Lake Skinner challenges high school students to design and build a solar powered boat that is able to withstand going up against others and conditions that the lake offers. The program has participated in this event eight times prior to this year.

can be
taxing on
the program
and so any
contributions
made is
gladly
appreciated. Starting at
donations of
$10, you can
support us
by
"adopting" a
Los Altos
High School
Engineer. As
an
"Adopt-An-Engineer"
sponsor, we
will include
your
personal
message of
fifteen
words or
less in the
upcoming
newsletter.
Our
newsletters

information
regarding
our recent
activities
and events!
